Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days after the order has shipped. Delivery times may vary due to USPS delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
A USPS tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship only within the United States. If this changes, we will update this policy.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed to USPS, Roman & Cruz Coffee LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. You may also contact us and we will assist as best we can.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
