All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchases.

No Returns

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be returned. We cannot accept returned items for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Preference differences

  • Taste differences

No Refunds

We do not issue refunds for any orders. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Shipping delays

  • Carrier-related issues

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Damage caused by the carrier

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not offer refunds, if you receive an item that is incorrect due to our error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate next step.
